The Story of the movie is written by Aditya Chopra, the chairman of Yash Raj Film Industry. He is also Confirmed to write the script of Yash Chopra's Untitled Next.
The Shooting of the movie began on August 10, 2011 and the film is set to release next year Eid 2012 that is on August 18 2012. It is being filmed in five different countries,including Ireland, Turkey.

Ek Tha Tiger Hindi movie is releasing on August 18 2012. The movie was first Scheduled to release by June 1st, but the film was shifted to August 2012 since Aamir Khan wanted to release his next film, Talaash directed by Reema Kagti, on 1st June.
